General Affairs Division Advances Work System Improvements to Enhance Organizational Performance and Staff Potential

Associate Professor Dr. Komson Somannawat, Vice President for Administration, together with Ms. Warangkana Kongsil, Director of the General Affairs Division, held a meeting to brief staff on the direction of operations.

The key priorities include reviewing the staffing framework, streamlining work processes through the EA Project, enhancing the performance evaluation system with a stronger focus on outcomes, and developing staff capabilities to prepare the university for future changes.
