Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University convened a Complaint Screening Committee Meeting on 26 May 2026 at Panjamaraj Conference Room, 1st Floor, Office of the President. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Somanawat, Chairman of the Committee, together with committee members, to advance the University's complaint management framework in a systematic manner and effectively respond to the needs of all stakeholders.

During the meeting, the committee reviewed the University's complaint reports received through various channels, including the website, telephone, email, and One Stop Service. The committee also discussed operational approaches and recommendations to enhance complaint management processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
