Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a meeting of the Complaint Screening Committee on 15 May 2026 at the Reception Room, 5th Floor, Office of the President, to consider the Five-Year Complaint Management Action Plan (2023–2027) for the fiscal year 2026, as well as to monitor the university’s complaint reports. The meeting aimed to enhance the university’s complaint management system to ensure transparency, fairness, efficiency, and service satisfaction.

The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Somanawat, together with committee members, who jointly discussed and drove forward systematic complaint management approaches that effectively respond to all stakeholders.
