Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Monitors Complaint Resolution Progress to Strengthen Good Governance in Administration

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), through the Public Relations and Audio-Visual Division under the Central Administration Division, Office of the President, convened a meeting of the Complaint Screening Committee on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Panjamaraj Conference Room, 1st Floor, Office of the President, and via Google Meet.

The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Somanawat, Vice President for Administration, with the objective of monitoring the progress of complaint management and reviewing operational guidelines to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability.

During the meeting, members acknowledged the results of complaint management for the first six months of Fiscal Year 2026 (October 2025 – June 2026). The committee also reviewed the University's complaint reports to ensure that all related processes are carried out carefully, effectively, and in the best interests of all stakeholders.
