The General Affairs Division joins in driving a new direction, receiving personnel management policy directives for Fiscal Year 2026.

On 15 December 2025, Ms. Warangkana Kongsin, Director of the General Affairs Division, together with division personnel, attended a staff meeting to receive the University’s personnel management policies for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Health and Sports Center Building, 4th Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The meeting was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Ruedet Kerdvichai, Chairman of the University Council, who delivered policy directions under the concept “The New Paradigm of Suan Sunandha: From KPI to OKR”, aimed at building shared understanding in systematically and sustainably driving the organization toward its goals.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the University, presented the operational direction and the adjustment of the University’s strategies to align with future changes.

In addition, special lectures were delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanaphat on the topic “Enhancing Learning Experiences Based on Professional Standards to Develop a Quality Workforce”, and Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekham on “Transforming Performance Indicators to OKRs to Drive University Rankings.”
